We are pleased to continue to expand our services and staff where required. Given the labour market challenges the hospitality industry is faced, as the largest cleaning company in the area we have been selected to assist some organizations with required staffing during peak or volume heightened timeframes. Facilities exceeding 20 units are structured as independent facilities and commercially quoted, staff according to needs and requirements of the organization/ facility. Vacation Resort Client Structure:

We offer an Excellence category of service includes a report on condition i.e. scratches or damages and photos of damage or condition left by vacating guests each package is subject to additional travel charges and applicable laundry charge *bunk beds are charged out at a fee per set*

Gold package is for the property that typically sleeps more than 12 people and a 2 level. These facilities generally take up to 18 total cleaning hours
Silver Package is for property that requires some detailing & polishing done generally sleeping 8 to 12 people and a 2 level. These facilities generally take up to 12 total cleaning hours
Bronze Package is typically for generally sleeping up to 8 people and a 2 level. These facilities generally take up to 6 total cleaning hours.
Economy Package is typically for properties under 700 sq one level or apartments that haven’t generally sleeping up to 4 to 6 people facilities generally take up to 4 total cleaning hours
Elite package is for the fastidious of cleans with supplies and equipment plus travel charge for clients whom wish to clean hourly for the time to bring the facility to a specified standard. This is specific to facilities that require a lot of detailing & polishing done. These facilities generally exceed 24 total top to bottom cleaning hours per clean at our hourly rate.

We can accommodate your chalet dependent upon turn over times and dates as well as we have current booking schedules to prearrange our staff. Should your guests require housekeeping during their stays we can certainly book this as well; this will reduce the final clean time as well.
