Big White’s best kept secret is out!
Above & Beyond Services contiues servicing our Big White clientele. We have been periodically servicing select private clients on the mountain. We share the values of our long term clientele who seek quality, accountability and deliverability of service rather than providing service based on price alone.
It is our desire that we expand our network of clientele such as yourself who entrust Above & Beyond Services with your property to be correctly serviced by set assigned cleaning teams who communicate each time they are in your property and document any concerns including taking digital photos. It is our teams efforts that keep you in the loop of what is going on or what needs to be done.
Our facilitation of cleaning includes a portfolio of your property including site layout designs, photos, and checklist as well as a site specific inventory sheet. This portfolio follows each team or very cleaning. Every October we schedule facility tours with each team lead attending who are in charge of set number of properties. This tour includes site inventorying and updating of all client portfolios for the upcoming season.
In addition to the site tour we arrange pre-season deep cleans of applicable sites in which your assigned cleaning team will perform the clean. This assists your team with you chalet’s nooks and crannies as well as familiarity prior to season commencement.
We currently have 25 openings to include your property as part of our Big White service portfolio. If your looking to establish a provider for the upcoming season, contact us prior to October 15’Th to receive our early bird-season joining our preferred customer rates.
There is space for limited number of openings for clients signing after October 15 and November 15 who can sign up at pre-ski season commencement. After November 15 regular season rates are in full effect. It is important that you provide your bookings as they occur that way we can ensure your team’s assignment to your property.
