Every home and home owner is unique in their cleaning requirements and definition of clean. Above & Beyond Services offers a variety of cleaning strategies to meet those needs. Whether you need a specific package or a custom hourly cleaning strategy, we meet the demands of your life and your home.
We feel that it is important to define your cleaning for one time, first time or scheduled cleaning.
- One-Time Cleaning. We occasionally have requests to clean a home one-time with no follow-up cleanings. Often this is a gift from one spouse to the other, or possibly you are preparing for a party or special event in your home. Additionally this service is required for Move In or Move out. This type of cleaning takes the longest time because everything has to be deep-cleaned in one visit. Our representative will work with you to determine your particular needs for this type of cleaning.
- First-Time Cleaning. This type of cleaning applies to customer who elect to have us return for weekly or bi-weekly cleanings. It is generally recommended that in our first visit, we extensively clean all rooms in your home in our Top to Bottom Cleaning Strategy and then implement a regular cleaning strategy that will work for you. We prefer this approach so that when we return we may not need to spend as much time as we would for a One-Time cleaning.
- Scheduled Cleaning. Most of our customers like to have us return each week or every other week to re-clean their home. Some clients have us perform a every second day strategy to maintain their home. Each scheduled clean includes our basic cleaning services, each clients special requirements, and Top to Bottom cleaning strategy on a rotational schedule. Instructions for re-cleaning your home are maintained on our computers to insure your home is professionally and consistently maintained to your satisfaction and ours. With this strategy we encourage clients to provide us with additional input prior to and after cleaning to ensure a perfect result each time.
You may not be certain as to what cleaning strategy will meet your needs; we can customize or assist you on selection of a cleaning optimization plan. You may choose to have a home consultation or you can provide specific information to assist in a customized cleaning strategy.

Once you have selected the service that suits you and your homes needs, we will provide you a unique user name and access code to view your personal web board. This is where you can update requirements prior to your cleaning date or schedule additional cleaning and services due to arrival of guests or a planned celebration.
Assigned Cleaning Days
We assign you a day that works for you and the cleaner(s) assigned to your home. Should you require additional cleaning time or days we request that our clients provide 2 business days notice so that we may attempt to accommodate your request.
