Our Move In & Move Out cleaning strategies are most appropriate for clients who are in owner/tenant & landlord positions.

We can provide a top to bottom cleaning strategy or clients can select any one of our cleaning packages to suit their budget. Check out our Real Estate Market services package.

All we need is your Move out or Move In date and time. We will send in our staff to complete services before the moving trucks arrive. Please be sure to provided accessibility to the property prior to moving.  A preliminary walk through is required to ensure adequate time and staffing is allotted.

Services for Landlords /Tenants:

Our aim is to ensure client moving transitions are completed with ease to allow tenants the opportunity to maximize their security deposits refunds and/or liability related to cleaning and repairs.

  • Pre-Move Out reports, checklists & Inspections
    • This is to facilitate cleaning time evaluations, assistance to moving prep and potential booking of cleaning staff or additional services as required for move out dates. * This service can be at either the landlord or tenants request.
    • For the do it yourself types: We can provide a to-do list for the tenant covering cleaning checklist prep and periodic review & examination of cleaning progress & completion prior to final inspection.
  • On behalf of the tenant or landlord we can perform move out & move in inspection reports
    • Evaluation of further cleaning times and duties required
    • Obtain or return keys
    • Comparison report of Move In condition to Move out Condition or prepare a condition report with defects.
    • Prepare a list of damages or repairs required
    • Digital still photographs detailing Move In or Move Out even providing Before and After photos report.
  • Turn Over Inspections:

    This service is provided to home owners or vacation rental owners who wish to ensure that their rental home is cleaned before the new tenant checks in.

    * Please note that it is the outgoing tenant's responsibility for leaving their rental home clean or to hire a professional cleaning service to clean the property for them. The turn over inspection includes but is not limited to the following:

    • Inspecting the Kitchen and appliances for cleanliness
    • Inspecting all bathrooms for cleanliness
    • Ensuring that trash and perishable foods are removed
    • Ensuring that beds are made and linens clean & folded away
    • Inspecting all common rooms for cleanliness
    • Inspecting all bedrooms for cleanliness
    • Inspecting for general appearance of unit
    • Documenting damages or repairs required

Our recommendation regarding Move In & Move Outs proceed as follows:

  • Dates of Notice & Move In or Move Out time provided to Above & Beyond Cleaning Co. as soon as possible * Realtors/Landlords may notify of possession dates as well.
  • Preliminary inspection to occur 1-2 weeks after date provided. * Late Notice or booking the day of move out will receive a charge of $50.00 over and above applicable fees.
    • Purpose to give clean list/repair list/ Move Out packing list
    • Also to book additional services as in carpet or window cleaners
    • Confirm moving company arrival
  • Week 3: Second Inspection to establish additional cleaning or repairs to be concluded.
  • Moving week: Client's can decide what final cleaning is to be performed by Above & Beyond Cleaning Co.
  • Moving Day:
    • Pre-Walk through - We provide a completion cleaning check list or commence cleaning prior to new owner/tenant's arrival
    • Final Walk through and approval of cleaning completion
    • Inspection Report

* In Real Estate transactions, the home owner can still utilize steps 1 to 4 or we will perform steps 1 & 2 and then commence a cleaning strategy on Moving Day prior to the new home owners possession.
* Above & Beyond Cleaning Co. is not responsible to repair paint, replace bulbs or batteries.
* Above & BeyondCleaning Co. is not responsible to remove stickers, graffiti, tape, wax, adhesive squares/strips, push pins, nails, wash windows inside and out or remove large debris unless contracted to do so and applicable rates agreed upon.
