Pricing

Based upon client demands, profiling and responding to industry requirements we have developed a list of regular service cleaning strategies to choose from. All packages are based on homes under 2400 Sq Feet. Our residential services are categorized as follows; 1X, Weekly, Bi-weekly, Post Construction and Move outs. All services are packaged based on longevity agreements with pricing structures that incrementally decrease based on length of the agreement or frequency of service; 1x, no agreement, 6 month agreement and 1 year agreement. All of our services include equipment, supplies and we send in a team of 4 to perform the service.

1 X Client Pricing:

Is for the property that requires a deep clean, hasn't been professionally cleaned or has seasonal clean requirements.These properties range in package choice and property size.

A. Executive package: These facilities generally take up to 24 total cleaning hours
B. Platinum Package: These facilities generally take up to 16 total cleaning hours
C. Blue Ribbon Package: These facilities generally take up to 12 total cleaning hours
D. People’s Choice Package: These facilities generally take up to 9 total cleaning hours
E. Red Carpet package: Is for the fastidious of cleans with supplies and equipment plus travel charge for clients whom wish to clean hourly for the time to bring the facility to a specified standard. This is specific to facilities that require a lot of detailing & polishing done to restore the property to an acceptable standard. These facilities generally exceed 24 total Top to Bottom cleaning hours per clean and charged at our hourly rate.
F.We encourage all 1X clients to consider using a weekly or biweekly agreement structure which will save money based on a longevity agreement.

Weekly Client Pricing:

We have specifically developed cleaning packages for our clients who choose to have set weekly service dates with an assigned cleaning team. Each packages is then categorized further based on length of agreement.

A. Stellar package: Is for the fastidious of cleans. This is specific to facilities that require a lot of detailing & polishing done to restore the property to an acceptable standard. These facilities generally exceed 3000 square feet over 2 levels. These facilities are set to a 12 hour per cleaning time per week.
B. Mela Power package: Is for the property that typically requires a deep clean, hasn’t been professionally cleaned or require a power clean due to pets, children or busy professionals. These facilities generally under are 2500 square feet over 2 levels and are set to a 6 hour per cleaning time per week.
C. Home & Linen Mist Package: Is for is for the home that typically requires a deep clean, hasn’t been professionally cleaned or require a power clean due to pets, children or busy professionals. These facilities generally under are 1500 square feet over 2 levels and are set to a 4 hour per cleaning time per week.

Bi-Weekly Client Pricing:

We have specifically developed cleaning packages for our clients who choose to have set bi-weekly service dates with an assigned cleaning team. Each packages is then categorized further based on length of agreement.

A. The Mission package: Is for the fastidious of cleans this is specific to facilities that require a lot of detailing & polishing done to restore the property to an acceptable standard. These facilities generally are less than 3000 square feet over 2 levels. These facilities are set to a 6 hour per cleaning time per every second week.
B. The Glenmore package: Is for the property that requires a power clean due to pets, children or busy professionals. These facilities generally are less than 2500 square feet over 2 levels and are set to a 4 hour per cleaning time per every second week.
C. The Rutland Package: Is for is for the home that typically require a power clean. These facilities generally are less than 1500 square feet over 2 levels and are set to a 3 hour per cleaning time per week.

Move Out Client Pricing:

A. Sunken Ship package: Is for the home which hasn’t been professionally cleaned in a couple of years to a home that requires a lot of detailing & polishing done generally 1500 square feet over 2 levels up to 20 total cleaning hours.
B. Enterprise package: Is typically for homes under 1200 square feet one level or apartments that haven’t been professionally cleaned in a year to a home that requires a lot of detailing & polishing: up to 13 total cleaning hours.
C. Budget package: Is typically for homes under 700 square feet one level or apartments that haven’t been professionally cleaned in a year to a home that requires a lot of detailing & polishing: up to 8 total cleaning hours.
D. Buried Treasure package: Is for the fastidious of cleans with supplies and equipment for clients whom wish to clean hourly to bring the facility to a specified standard. This is specific to facilities that require a lot of detailing & polishing done to restore the property to an acceptable standard. These facilities generally exceed 24 total Top to Bottom cleaning hours per clean, charged out at our hourly rate.

Windows, Carpets, Debris removal are all referred or performed by professional affiliates and charged out separately
