At Above & Beyond Services we offer a consultancy approach to assist home owners, tenants, construction & commercial industries the appropriate cleaning & services strategy based upon their needs.
Home Consultation:
- Detailed review of home includes: walk through, check list, clean scale report, list of supplies required or provided & location
- Review of packages or specific strategy to meet your needs or build a custom cleaning strategy
- Client’s can elect to be in control of a cleaning strategy based on their needs or preferences. This option is chosen for clients who prefer only 1 cleaner to clean their home or facility at one time.
- We provide a Recommendation report or detail of transition steps.
- We provide a Service Recommendation report.
- We provide a Repairs or defects report if applicable
- Digital still photographs detailing your home before and after.
Post Construction, Commercial, Real Estate, Disaster Restoration, Move Ins/Move Outs, all receive various reports, quotes or additional information based on Industry, Project or client specific requirements.
