It has been rewarding in all respects from the transformation of our Top to Bottom cleans, initializing our corporate clients to a standard clean or in statements of "cleaner than the opening clean". It is fantastic to hear many commercial clients enjoying positive feedback to the cleanliness conditions from their clients and facilities that are enjoying the consistent cleaning structures on an ongoing basis. Here are steps which happen or some have experienced for our corporate structure:
We perform a complete Top to Bottom clean and change over product if applicable such as mops including equipment purchased to be used by your personnel including equipment & supplies for each location. This ensures accuracy of maintenance during service cleans in which your staff will be performing cleans when we are not on-site.
Generally, I work with each commercial project manager, as well as Owners or assigned contacts, on ongoing budget cleaning structures. We structure a cleaning routine based on budget for consistency during the off season as well as peak season. Some locations will be more frequent due to budgets or based on volumes and duty requirements. Every location will transition to Top to Bottom cleans on a specified structure. These Top to Bottom cleans allow us to maintain every nook and cranny is kept clean and sanitized and eases the regular cleaning structure times.
After the Top to Bottom clean we work out a regular structure for cleaning be it gym areas, lobby, main bathrooms, staff washrooms and kitchens etc on a consistent routine. We also structure a routine to floor machine the kitchen floors extracting build up of grease to reduce treacherous floor conditions.
Some locations receive biweekly floor scrubbing while others monthly - purely dependant upon requirement. Floor machines can be brought in for high traffic areas in lobby's that require additional cleans due to heavy traffic on request. This can be alleviated by ensuring staff do not cross contaminate floor waters or mops from kitchens into bathrooms or lobby areas.
