Above & Beyond Services is delighted at being given the opportunity to work with the Commercial Industry in providing on call, daily, or weekly and top to bottom cleaning strategies that addresses the needs of commercial clients, providing each commercial company "show home" quality cleaning services.
We provide a consultancy approach with our commercial clients based upon detailed discussions and a walk through along with an analysis of the Project. We aim to arrive at an established a desire and or requirement to do a cleaning services plan. This includes a rating of the project on a 10 scale for dust content on all surface areas, and a recommendation of transition steps; Top to Bottom Clean, Touch up and Follow Up Cleaning, Polish and Show Home Presentation Clean, Maintenance including day to day services plan and any additional transition steps required on a project by project basis.
We work with our commercial partners to ensure accuracy of service and will provide continued service and follow-up on a regular basis.

- Professional Offices: Doctor, Lawyers, Trucking Company offices etc.
- Professional Building Corridors & Main lobbies & Bathrooms.
- Apartment Building Lobby's, hallways and exits.
