Our philosophy
We provide the ribbon and bow on the product that ensures clients a smooth transition be it regular residential cleaning services, post construction, disaster restoration, housekeeping, commercial or any one of our additional executive client services. We only charge for the time it takes to provide this excellence in our services. We have no problem sending our girls in to a project repeatedly after each trade to enable this service excellence. We provide a documented list of potential defects or repairs or trades touch ups or appropriate suggestions required in each project we work on.
We accept various positions to create a dependable standard. The job can only proceed as quickly as dust, dirt, handprints, and smudges will allow us. The cleaning time for any surfaces affected are directly related to how porous the host is and how many particles of offending material to the square inch there is.
We feel that most clients would certainly be dissatisfied with a product that has to be additionally cleaned before putting away foodstuffs, cookware, cutlery, clean suits, children’s toys, having a white residue on black socks, having a floor ready for toddlers play, etc. We do all this to make ‘you’ look good. We also do this because we are very certain from working in our field that there are different standards of cleanliness pertinent to a variety of very clean people.
